  I absolutely love Dr. Battistoni and Dr. Beam. I am on my second child there. She has also gone through 2 stages so we have been going there for 6 yrs straight now. I love the entire Oak Park staff.
  However last night my appointment was a quick 10 min appointment. My daughter has the Sure Smile wires. Normally they do not take them out unless one of the Doctors say too. Well her assistant Kimberly took them out without asking and Dr. Beam did not want them removed. To get them back in is very difficult. THANK GOD for Joanna. She came over and took over and had them in within minutes. Now at this point we were there for an hour. It was a 4 appointment and we left a little after 5. At that point I was frustrated and my daughter was frustrated. I absolutely LOVE Joanna. She saved our night as always. She even explained the change in her rubber bands. I cannot speak highly enough about Joanna. Kimberly needs more training. Again I love the office and staff and would never say anything bad. Last night was just frustrating.
